Forecasters are warning of more severe weather, including tornadoes, Tuesday and Wednesday in parts of the South and Midwest hammered just days ago by deadly storms.That could mean more misery for people sifting through the wreckage of their homes in Arkansas, Iowa and Illinois. Dangerous conditions Tuesday also could stretch into parts of Missouri, southwestern Oklahoma and northeastern Texas. Farther south and west, fire danger will remain high.“That could initially start as isolated supercells with all hazards possible — tornadoes, wind and hail — and then over time typically they form into a line (of thunderstorms) and continue moving eastward,” said Ryan Bunker, a meteorologist with the National Weather Center in Norman, Oklahoma. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- State police arrested Bryan Constanzo, 20 of Albany on March 29. Constanzo is accused of unlawful surveillance where he recorded a victim without their permission. On February 18 around 3 p.m., troopers received a complaint that a victim was privately recorded without their knowledge or permission while in a residence in Albany. An investigation determined Constanzo recorded the victim in a compromising situation without requesting their permission or getting their consent. (NEWS10) -- According to a message on the Ballston Spa Central School District's website, both the high school and middle schools began the day in a shelter-in-place due to a threat made on social media. The shelter-in-place was called out of an abundance of caution. All elementary schools in the district will be closed Tuesday for law enforcement to investigate the threat. Temperatures in the St. Louis area TuesdayExpect a partly to mostly cloudy day Tuesday, breezy, and very warm. Temperature highs will be in the low 80s. Late Tuesday afternoon, widely scattered thunderstorms are possible, primarily just north of the St. Louis region in northeast Missouri and west-central Illinois. However, a layer of very warm air higher up in the atmosphere may keep these storms from forming at all. If these storms can break that cap, the threat for them to become severe is high, with the potential for large hail and tornadoes. This is Proposition M in St. Louis County, and Prop 3 in St. Charles County.This 3% sales tax would be in addition to a 6% state sales tax on recreational marijuana.
